Capital Academy is a 5,500 sq ft facility off Cowbridge Road West in Cardiff.
We are one of the premier full-time gymnastics facilities in the country, fitted with latest and the best in gymnastics equipment.
The gym is packed full with bespoke training aids suitable for boys and girls from pre-school to adulthood. Our 11x19m sprung floor area allows us to offer a variety of Dance and Exercise classes for both children and adults.
Capital Academy offers quality inclusive classes for children and adults of all ages and abilities. Our Gymnastics and Dance programmes teach the qualities of hard work, concentration, sportsmanship and dedication and develops confidence, self-esteem, persistence and self belief.
