Travelling through Canton towards Ely along Cowbridge Road East. Travel over Ely bridge towards Ely. At the bottom of the bridge turn left at the traffic lights into Dyfrig Road. Follow the road around to the right. After 50m turn left into Robert Street. Follow the short road to the end where you will find CAPITAL ACADEMY of Gymnastics on the right hand side.

Travelling from Llandaff along Western Avenue towards Ely. At Ely bridge take the 2nd exit towards Ely. At the bottom of the bridge turn left at the traffic lights into Dyfrig Road. Follow the road around to the right. After 50m turn left into Robert Street. Follow the short road to the end where you will find CAPITAL ACADEMY of Gymnastics on the right hand side.

Travelling from Culverhouse cross through Ely along Corbridge Road West towards Canton. At the traffic lights at the foot of Ely bridge turn right into Dyfrug Road. Follow the road around to the right. After 50m turn left into Robert Street. Follow the short road to the end where you will find CAPITAL ACADEMY of Gymnastics on the right hand side.
