Our Gymnastics programmes teach the qualities of hard work, concentration, sportsmanship, dedication and develop confidence, self-esteem, persistence and self belief. Our programmes build skills that can be used as a foundation for any type of sport such as balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.

So to end the weekend we have to say a HUGE well done to another WELSH CHAMPION Natalie Scurlock (grade 4) with Ellie John placing 3rd overall in Wales! All gymnasts successfully competed their grades with Freya Ellie & Natalie achieving DISTINCTIONS and Lucy Ellie Rich Tegan and Mollie achieving COMMENDED! Amazing results girls well done x

WOW an amazing day for Capital Academy. ALL girls who entered and competed their grades today did so beautifully and were justly awarded DISTINCTIONS! Well done Ashleigh Emily Kaulua Ella and Divya (grade 3). Special well done to our grade 1 gymnasts Holly and Tia who also gained distinctions with Holly placing 4th overall in Wales and Tia winning grade 1 making her WELSH CHAMPION! Well done everyone xx
